Food Vendors
In addition to the prices above, a refundable deposit of $500 is required for oil spills and improperly disposed garbage. This will be collected before setting up on September 11, 2026. The cheque should be payable to Kalayaan Filipino Cultural Organization. It will be returned to you once the final inspection by Celebration Square staff is complete.
Payment Terms
To secure the booth, 50% deposit is required to be paid to Kalayaan Filipino Cultural Organization by May 15, 2026. This deposit is non-refundable after July 31, 2026.
The balance is payable on or before August 9, 2026. The Festival Organizers reserve the right to re-allocate the booths that have not been paid in full by August 9, 2026.
Terms and Conditions
The booths will be allocated on a “first come first serve basis” and the allocation of booth or its location will be upon sole discretion of the Festival Organizers.
The organizers of Philippine Festival Mississauga will: coordinate with Mississauga Celebration Square to provide power and water provisions wherever available; obtain insurance and permit for the vendor, provide set up and clean up time.
The vendor is aware and agrees to comply with the following:
1. Unless renting, the vendor will bring own tent, set up own tent with their own weights to hold the tent.
2. Bring extra tables and chairs as needed.
3. Compliance with the current government rules and regulations including those issued by Peel Health.
4. Present Peel Health Permit.
5. Comply with fire prevention and public safety while participating in the festival.
6. For vendors cooking barbecue, provide grease mat.
7. Maintain clean surroundings.
8. Dismantle tent and clean up area.
9. Display food and similar allergy warning on the booth.
10. Meet the requirements of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).
11. The vendor understands and acknowledges that although the organizers of Philippine Festival Mississauga intend to exercise their best effort to market and advertise the event, attendance to the event and sale of merchandise and services is not guaranteed by the organizers of Philippine Festival Mississauga. The organizers of Philippine Festival Mississauga, and its Sponsors, will not be held liable for any compensation
whether monetary or otherwise due to lack of attendance at the event or lack of sales. The organizers of Philippine Festival Mississauga shall also not be held liable for the cancellation of the event due to acts of God.
12. The vendor and its staff or employees shall release the organizers and partners of Philippine Festival Mississauga from any liability arising from any COVID 19 or similar outbreaks.
